• Strategic legal advisory services in (the critical or) significant phases of the firm’s life (start up, internationalisation, merger and spin-off, corporate restructuring and/or debt restructuring, raising funds, insolvency and winding up procedures);
• Client’s support and assistance in the setting up and management of companies, drafting of shareholder agreements, mergers and spin-offs, acquisitions and sales of shares, turnarounds, contributions of assets or businesses, joint-venture agreements with national and international enterprises;
• Client’s support and assistance in Italy and abroad with regards to public procurements and major infrastructure projects through the implementation of investment structures of Project Finance and Public Private Partnership and the negotiation/drafting of the related contracts with the parties involved;
