Born in San Marcello (Ancona), on the 5th of January 1942, holds two degrees with honours (magna cum laude) in Economics and in Law, he is Associate Professor of Corporate and Commercial Law at the University of Bologna, Faculty of Economics where he also taught Intellectual Property Law. Previously he was Professor of Corporate Law at the Military Academy of Modena. He is author of various publications on Company and Commercial Law.
He is a qualified lawyer as well as a chartered accountant and authorised auditor. In his career, he has mainly dedicated his activity in the field of commercial and business law, acquiring a great expertise in this subject. In particular, he has advised companies and individual persons on accounting and tax issues and he has provided litigation support in corporate, commercial and tax law areas.
He speaks English and French.
